Women’s Prize for Fiction

Established in 1996 to recognize the contributions of women in literature.Awarded to best novel originally written in English by woman of any nationality and published in the UK during the award year.

The Booker Prize

Awarded for best novel originally written in English and published in the UK in the year of the prize. Author’s of any nationality are eligible.

The International Booker Prize

Prize is awarded annually for a single book, translated into English and published in the UK or Ireland to honour fiction and writing on a global basis.

National Book Foundation (National Book Awards)

Group of yearly literary awards in Fiction, Nonfiction, Poetry, and Young People’s Literature for books published in the United States during the award year.

Nobel Prize in Literature
